Graduation Tickets

Arrival & Parking for Pop Keeney Stadium

Gates open 45 minutes prior to the ceremony. Due to the large number of anticipated attendees, please note the following information for arriving and parking at Pop Keeney Stadium, 9809 NE 188th St., Bothell:

The best route to approach the stadium parking lot is Eastbound on 188th as there will be no left turns from Westbound.
Parking will be limited. Please consider carpooling.
Tailgating will not be allowed.
Overflow parking is available at Bothell United Methodist Church and Bothell High School.

Personal Items/Valuables

Please note that there is no secure storage at Pop Keeney Stadium. Seniors must NOT bring personal items such as backbacks, purses, make-up bags, phones, cameras, extra clothes, snacks, or other personal items to the ceremony. Personal items should be kept by parents/guardians until they reunite with their senior following the ceremony.

Cap and Gown Information

If you ordered graduation items from Josten's, don't forget to stop by the IHS Cafeteria during lunch on Tuesday, April 15^th to pick up your order. Any orders not picked up during lunches will be left in the main office to be picked up at a later time. Still need to order a cap or gown, you can still purchase items through this link.

Honor Cords and Senior Yard Signs

If you purchased an honor cord or senior yard sign, they will be available to be picked up later in April. All families who purchased honor cords or yard signs will receive an email when they are ready to be picked up.

Prom and Senior Breakfast Ticket Sales

Prom and Senior Breakfast ticket sales will be sold starting Monday, April 14th. There is an early bird special for anyone who purchases their prom tickets during the first week of sales.

Prom will be held at the Museum of Pop Culture on May 17^th from 7- 10 pm.

Prom ticket sales dates and prices are as follows:

April 14th- April 24th: $50 w/ASB sticker & $55 w/o ASB sticker

April 25th- May 16th: $60 w/ASB sticker & $65 w/o ASB sticker
At the door (IHS students only): $70

IHS students wishing to bring a guest from another school must bring a completed guest dance contract when purchasing their ticket. Guest dance contracts can be picked up from the main office or bookkeeper's office during the school day. Guest tickets are $65 each and no guest tickets will be sold after 2 pm on May 14th.

Senior Breakfast will be held in the IHS Cafeteria on June 9^th at 8:30 am. Senior Breakfast will include drinks, a catered breakfast from Alexa's, and awards. All seniors are encouraged to purchase a ticket and enjoy this last event with their fellow classmates.

Senior Breakfast ticket dates and prices are as follows:

April 14th- May 23rd: $10 w/ASB sticker and $15 w/o ASB sticker

Senior Slideshow

Reminder that we are currently collecting and making the Senior Memory Slideshow. Please send in the photos ASAP!! The faster we get the photos the better the slideshow will be, and we want this video to be as memorable as possible! Remember when submitting photos to make the subject line Senior Memory Slideshow, along with the students name.

Senior Decisions

We are nearing the end of the school year and we are so excited to celebrate our Inglemoor Class of 2025 seniors' post-secondary plans! Seniors, once you have fully committed to a post-secondary plan, please fill out the following Google form to be featured on our Instagram (@ihsseniordecisions2025)! Please know we can only post ONE per person, so make sure your plans are fully finalized before submitting.

Need an Unofficial Transcript?

If you need an unofficial transcript, which is a record of all high school classes you’ve taken, they are uploaded for you to StudentVUE. Unofficial transcripts are helpful to access when self reporting classes while completing college applications. Look for the documents tab in StudentVUE - it’s there!

NAVIANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Log into your Naviance Account
Naviance is part of the Clever Portal. Please log in to your Clever account, you will see the Naviance icon/button under Learning Resources. When you click on the Naviance icon/button you will go directly into your Naviance account.
How to Request Transcripts
1. Click on Colleges “I’m applying to”
2. Click on red “+” sign
3. Add college
4. Application
  1. Regular Decision
  2. Early Decision
  3. Early Action etc.
5. Submission type (You will choose how you are applying and how the transcripts will be sent)
  1. Direct to the Institution
  2. Common Application (You will most likely use the Common Application for multiple private school applications.) When choosing Common App, those transcripts are only uploaded by the counselor. Make sure you invite your counselor on Common App or they will not have access to upload your transcript.
  3. I am not sure THIS OPTION WILL PREVENT A TRANSCRIPT BEING SENT. CHANGE IT TO DIRECT OR COMMON APPLICATION.
6. Click on “Add and Request Transcript”
7. Click on type of transcript you are requesting – Initial (Do not select other options)
8. Additional Materials: Please note: It is your responsibility to arrange for your ACT or SAT scores to be sent directly to the colleges from ACT.org or SAT.org (College Board). IHS will not send any SAT or ACT scores to the colleges.
  1. Click “Request and Finish.”
Please note, you may need to refresh the page to show all the colleges to which you are applying. PLEASE NOTE: If a college has the “CA” in the submission type, you will need to invite your counselor online to your Common Application so that your transcript can be uploaded to the Common Application.

Mr. Allen will be sending out emails through Naviance to your NSD Google account, so please check your student email on a regular basis.

Common Application

If you are applying to multiple private colleges, we ask that you use the Common Application. It will save you, your counselor, and your teachers quite a bit of time. Visit the Common to see which colleges use the Common App. Create an account and get started. The website has a Help Center which is a great resource if you have questions.

The form below includes directions on how to invite your counselor to complete the Common App School Report. If you need a counselor letter of recommendation to accompany your school report, make an appointment with your counselor for further instructions.

Inviting your counselor to complete the online school report for Common Application

Complete every section in the Education tab first Be sure to enter your counselor's name and email correctly.
Once you have chosen colleges to apply to, go to the My Colleges tab, click one one of the colleges you are applying to, and select Assign Recommenders.
Complete the FERPA Release Authorization.
Click Invite Counselor to have your counselor complete the School Report form which includes a Letter of Recommendation.
Fill out the counselor information. Again, be sure that the counselor name and email is typed in correctly or your counselor will not receive the invitation.
Once everything is entered, click Send Invite and an email will be sent directly to your counselor. Your counselor will fill out your online School Report form, upload your official transcript, and submit your counselor Letter of Recommendation. You DO NOT need to order an official transcript from the counseling office, we will upload it online.
For the Letter of Recommendation, we do require that you make an appointment with your counselor to formally ask that they write you a Letter of Recommendation.

A volunteer group of parents have organized into a 501c3 non-profit organization as POGS (Parents of Graduating Seniors) at IHS to raise funds to host a substance-free grad night party for our IHS c/o 2025 senior class – this includes providing student scholarships for students. POGS IHS has been hosting these celebrations for over a decade providing a fun and safe alternative where the entire class can celebrate one last hurrah together!
