School Payments

Credit card payments can be made online and in person. (Not over the phone.) Visit https://wa-northshore.intouchreceipting.com for all school payments except cafeteria/meal accounts. Contact the IHS bookkeeper, Lesley Clawson, at lclawson@nsd.org to request your family’s official TouchBase username and password–Guest accounts do not work for student purchases.  Please allow up to 72 hours to process your request.

Financial assistance is available!  Your club and athletic fees along with class material and testing fees can be reduced or eliminated by completing the NSD Fee Waiver Consent form EVERY YEAR, even if you automatically qualify for Free/Reduced-priced Meals.  Complete both the Free/Reduced-priced Meals application and required Fee Waiver Consent form on the district website.

2022-2023 School Fee Summary

• ASB Cards: $60

• PSAT Fee (Sophomores and Juniors): $18 

• Sports Participation Fee:  $154 

• Student Parking Pass (Juniors and Seniors):  $50

Additional Items for Purchase

Available from the bookkeeper’s office in the cafeteria beginning August 31:

• IHS Lanyard: $10

• Viking Window Cling/Sticker: $5

• Viking Waterbottle Sticker: $1

 

Class Fees

Students taking classes that have materials costs–including Visual Arts supply fees and World Language workbook fees–will see fees posted to their TouchBase accounts in mid-September.  Watch for teacher communications regarding class fees during the first two weeks of school.

 

Yearbook Sales

2022-2023 IHS Scandia yearbooks will be available for pre-order as follows:

• August 12 - September 9, 2022: $50

• November 2 - November 30, 2022: $50

• May 24 - June 21, 2023: $55
