Unified Soccer

We are looking for Special Olympic Athletes (students with intellectual disabilities) and Partners (students without intellectual disabilities) that would like to participate in Unified Soccer.

We will be competing against teams from Bothell, North Creek and Woodinville.

If you are interested, please go to the Register for Athletics website from the drop-down menu under Athletics which has a link to register on Final Forms for Unified Soccer.

If you are registering as an "athlete" then you will need to complete the Athlete Release Form and the Athlete Medical Form. Completed forms can be uploaded during the registration process in the Participant Information section or returned to the Athletic Office.

If you are registering as a "partner", please complete the Unified Partner Release Form. You will also need to have a Sports Physical on file with the Athletic Office. Physicals are good for two (2) years and must be valid the entire season.

The Northshore School District academic policy does not apply to Unified Soccer.

The ASB Card is not required for Unified Soccer.

Please return these forms to the athletic office so you can be cleared to participate.

Unified Soccer starts on Tuesday, April 16th from 3:15-4pm on the turf field
